However in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will organize the return for you at no extra cost and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
