We take great pride in the quality of the products we sell, and offering great customer service is our top priority. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will organize the return for you and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer minus the return fee. All we ask is that the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Please do not write on the box.
Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. Please note if you find a fault with an item or the item is damaged on arrival and you decide that you do not want it replaced then you will be charged with the return fee.
To begin the return or exchange process, please call 0044 (0)1635 905 705 or email us to email@example.com. Once your request has been received, we will email or call you to provide your return confirmation and the progress of your return or exchange. Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and, where applicable, confirmed to be free of damage, the refund or exchange credit process will begin. Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased within 7 days.
Please note that in order to provide quality products and services we always inspect the mirrors for any defects or damages on receipt from the manufacturer. The packages may be opened and re-sealed into the original packaging to reduce the amount of new packaging required and to reduce waste.
